Allison Fragakis is a writer and artist and inspiratrice! She is uncovering her long lost creative dreams and is in hot pursuit of all forms of creative expression--poetry, painting, jewelry making, dancing, haiku-ing, singing, song-writing, guitar, sewing, card-making, writing children's stories, leading writing circles and gathering women to create. She loves helping people reconnect with their exiled creative selves. In a previous life, Allison was a dietitian and author of books and articles on nutrition. She still feeds her family a healthy diet, but she is super glad not to be writing about that boring shit anymore.
